Tech Success has two directors who are actively involved in the day to day operation of the business.
Dave McIntosh
Dave is the Service Delivery Director and is responsible for ensuring that customers receive the best service possible and for the delivery of products and services in a timely and efficient manner.
Dave has more than 30 years in the IT industry with expertise in IT Management, IT Strategic Planning, and Project Management in the Public and Private sectors.
David Johnson
David is the Technical Director and is responsible for delivery of timely and efficient technical expertise, covering the resolution of fault and failure of hardware and business systems.
He is also responsible for providing technical input to IT projects and ensuring that technicians maintain the highest level of service possible.
After graduating from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne with an Honours degree in Microelectronics and Software Engineering David was involved with some of the early pioneers in consumer internet access.
David has more than 15 years IT Helpdesk and Support experience working for Sun Microsystems in the United Kingdom and is a highly skilled and expert engineer who utilises a structured fault analysis process to ensure the fault is permanently resolved.
In addition, Tech Success has access to a number of skills people across the region to help ensure that the correct solution is put in place for the business.
